These terms cover northstaranglers.com, the free North Star Anglers decision trees and email list, and NSA Publisher, the private tool North Star Anglers uses to post videos to its own channels. By using the site, you agree to them.

Fishing advice

The videos, decision trees and articles share what worked (and didn't) for one angler on Minnesota water. They're for information and entertainment, not a guarantee of results. Conditions change, so use your own judgment on the water and on the ice, wear a life jacket, check ice thickness, and follow your state's fishing regulations and license rules.

The free decision trees

You're welcome to print the decision trees and use them for your own fishing, or share the link to this site. Please don't resell them or post them elsewhere as your own. The videos, graphics, logo and text on this site belong to North Star Anglers.

Links to other sites

The site links to YouTube, social media, the merch shop (run by Printify) and gear sellers, some through affiliate links that may earn North Star Anglers a commission. Those sites have their own terms and policies, and North Star Anglers isn't responsible for them. Prices and availability are set by the seller.

NSA Publisher

NSA Publisher is a private tool for posting videos to the North Star Anglers YouTube channel. It isn't available to the public. It uses YouTube API Services, so its use is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. How it handles data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

No warranty

The site and its content are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, North Star Anglers isn't liable for any loss or damage from using the site or acting on its content.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
